Oak Ridge asks citizens to avoid in-person business, updates city service COVID-19 protocols

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. (WATE) — City Manager Mark Watson is urging Oak Ridgers to conduct business over the phone and by mail whenever possible as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have an impact on the city.
