MU students, officials say fall semester was a qualified success

The University of Missouri delivered on its promise of an on-campus experience for the fall semester, students and officials said, but they also acknowledged a need for adjustments during the pandemic and room for improvement.

Robert ‘Bob’ Hansen named 2020 Batavia Citizen of the Year

BATAVIA – The Batavia Chamber of Commerce announced Friday that the 2020 Citizen of the Year is Robert “Bob” Hansen, and that the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry and Clothes Closet is the Spirit of Batavia award winner.
